Fire the pixel on booked, not on every lead
Tell Meta about booked or qualified appointments, not raw form fills.
Source: Hive playbook (Seech / Wojo)
Why it works
Meta finds more of whatever you reward. Reward bookings and it finds bookers.
Steps
- 1
Set your conversion event to schedule/booked.
- 2
Make sure unqualified leads don't fire it.
- 3
Give it time to learn (about 50 events a week per ad set is the usual target).
- 4
Watch cost per booked.
Prompt / script
Setup note: Conversion event = Schedule (fires only when an appointment is booked with a qualified lead). Do not fire on Lead for unqualified submissions.
